Privacy and your data
What is stored. The profiles, conversation text, images, and analysis results you create, plus your account record and settings. Nothing else about you is collected from third parties, because Perscivo has no external lookup capability.
Who can see it. Your content is scoped to your account. Access rules are enforced at the database level, not merely in the interface, so another signed- in user cannot read your rows.
Encryption. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with AES-256.
Model training. Your content is not used to train models. It is sent to the analysis provider to produce your result and for no other purpose.
Photo retention is tiered.
- Trial photos remain available for 7 days according to the current retention policy, then are removed automatically by a daily cleanup job. This retention period is independent of the duration of your free trial. The free trial itself is 3 days; the photo retention window is 7 days. They are two different timers, and one does not shorten or extend the other.
- Subscriber photos are retained for the life of the subscription.
- After cancellation a 30-day grace period applies to images before cleanup begins. Feature access ends at the end of your billing period; the image grace period is separate and longer.
- Starred photos are exempt from cleanup for as long as they are starred.
- You are notified before deletion. Reminders appear 3 days before and 1 day before the retention deadline, and a final notice appears on the day a photo reaches the deadline. Deletion happens roughly 24 hours after that final notice, so no photo is ever removed without a warning you had at least a day to act on.
Retention windows are configuration values, so the exact number of days shown in the app is authoritative if it ever differs from the number quoted here.
Deleting your account. Account deletion is immediate and permanent. It is a hard delete of your account and associated data, not a scheduled or soft deletion, and it cannot be reversed or recovered by support.
Data export is not yet available. The Settings screen marks it as coming soon; there is no export format or timeline to quote today.
